Hey I want to say thank you to the HOBOKEN-GRAND STREET TRAINERS!! I started Club KO in March 2010 weighing 158 lbs. I worked out 5 days a week with the Grand Street instructors and by June 2010 I was weighing 112 lbs!! I RECOMMEND THE HOBOKEN GRAND STREET CKO THEY ARE REALLY AN EXCEPTIONAL CREW!!

hey, I have been going to West Caldwell since the Clifton location closed in may and i LOVE it there!!!!! The instructors are Great!! There is an instructor Donna there who really gives you a great workout but I'm not sure if shes the same one you're talking about.....

I used to go to Clifton when Donna was an instructor there years ago....she was the BEST!! I still can't seem to find someone as good as her. As far as I know, she is not teaching at any of the locations anymore.

Please bring CKO to South Jersey. A great location would be somewhere near Rowan University in Glassboro. They are currently building a retail area in walking distance of the University and CKO would be perfect in that location!

If you are talking about the actual gyms. The gym in South Hackensack is bigger than the Hackensack gym. However, the ROOM where the CKO CLASS is held is bigger in Hackensack than in South Hackensack.

I've been spoiled by the Madison gym so I guess thats why I wasn't crazy about Edgewater. I prefer the larger gym because they incorporate jogging in between sets which allow you to catch a breather without coming to a full stop and you can also do exercises while in motion like the forward lunges for example.

I went to a class back in January and its just a small room that they use for classes. Not exactly your conventional class. They're supposed to expand to a gym but that was awhile ago. Don't bother.

A little over ago a friend introduced me to CKO while I was going through a challenging time in my life. I had no idea that the experience would change my life, confidence, spirit and passion to be my best self. Having struggled with weight my entire life I'm finally free of those "shackles"! I'm motivated, happy, singing praises about CKO everyday. The workouts have not only shaped me physically but mentally. Last week I ran my first 5k and the conditioning I got in classes no doubt helped foster my need for challenges..mental and physical. So thank you CKO. The LA Fitness Kickboxing classes suck! I've taken them a few times, and just can't get into them after taking class at CKO. I tried to get a refund at LA and they told me I can't get out because of my contract. Good thing I only have another 2 months.

My daughter & I took a trial class the other night & all I can say is OMG - Tiger Shulman has nothing on CKO. It was intense (to us anyway) but still fun. Definitely recommend.
